Donna Hussey is serving as our part-time Children's Minister. Having graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in May 2009 with a Master of Arts in Christian Education, Donna comes to Hope Church having surrendered to ministry in 1985. She has served in numerous ministry positions in the local church, and most recently, Parents Day Out Director at Clear Lake Baptist Church.

Donna is passionate about students of all ages. Over the last twenty years of ministry, she has worked with preschool, school-age, youth, and college students. Children are VERY important to God’s Kingdom and she desires to be a part of what God is calling us to be: Faithful, Available, Intentional, Teachable, and having a Heart for God.

Donna is married to Mark Hussey and together they have three children: Maria, Andrew, and Anna Grace. If you would like to be a part of the Hope Church Children's Ministry Donna has a place for you! She is in need of teachers for Sundays and Wednesdays, encouragers who have the gift of encouraging others (cards, notes, prayer), administrators (who love the details,) and ministry leaders (VBS, Sunday School, special needs).
